About me
I will guide you on a 6-week journey to better health, well-being, and a life in harmony with your natural rhythm.
As a certified hormone and cycle coach, nutritionist, and yoga instructor, my mission is to help women reconnect with their bodies and honor their feminine cycle!
I know the struggle of fighting against your own body all too well: the constant pressure to train harder and be more productive led me to burnout and caused my period to disappear for over two years.
Once I realized how to live in sync with my body, everything changed: I now have a pain-free and regular period, can manage my energy and time more effectively, and achieve my goals without burning out. Today, I train smarter, not harder, and still have time and energy for self-care and my relationships.
Cycle awareness has brought me back into the flow of life.

Does the coaching make sense if I’m using the pill or hormonal contraceptives?
Yes, definitely! Especially if you’re using the pill, an IUD, or similar contraceptives, it’s important to better understand your own cycle. I will explain how hormonal contraception affects your body and what to watch out for if you decide to stop using it.

What if my cycle is irregular?
That’s a good reason to delve deeper into your cycle. In the course, you’ll learn why your cycle is irregular and how to better regulate it so that you’re no longer caught off guard by your period.
