  • Microsoft: Workshop: Flow in the Workday – Greater Efficiency and Well-Being Through Cycle Awareness. This workshop empowered Microsoft’s female employees to harness their menstrual cycle as a powerful resource for professional success.
     

  • Groz-Beckert: Apprentice Rally – Mindfulness and Stress Resilience in the Workplace.
    In this workshop, apprentices learned strategies to better handle stressful situations and build long-term resilience.
     

  • Mey: Yoga Bundle and Quarterly Health Prevention Workshops During Lunch Breaks.
    I supported the company in introducing regular yoga and movement breaks to promote employee health and well-being.
